Quotes

Dr Will Keim is a scholar, author, educator, administrator, athlete and remarkable speaker. When I served as Director of the Center for Character Development at the US Air Force Academy, I asked him to speak at The National Character and Leadership Symposium, along with other well-known national leaders, like Ross Perot, NFL Coach Dick Vermeil and more. Will's presentation was amazing. He electrified the audience with his dynamic presentation and delivered a powerful message that focused on moral courage and character-based leadership.

Based on that experience at the Academy, I knew Will would be a perfect keynote speaker for a major conference I am now responsible for - The National Forum on Character Education. Thankfully, Will accepted my invitation. The results were the same. His presentation was a huge hit with an audience of some 800 educators from across the nation. More importantly, his message that focused on integrity, passion, reflection and doing the right thing, was truly remarkable.

When Dr Will Keim talks, people listen. It's no wonder he's one of the most sought after speakers in America!

I was in the audience when you spoke at the Wyoming Community College conference, W-7 (or W8 whatever they were calling it!) I was so moved by your talk. I grew up without my mother and your words touched my heart. I hope that we can work to get you to speak here at Casper College. You could do so much good here. There are too many closed minds. I just wanted to tell you that what you do is wonderful and keep up the good work! Tara,

In my more than 30 years as a campus chief academic officer, I have never met anyone who knows more about motivating today's students, staff and faculty than does Dr. Will Keim. I pride myself on being something of an authority in student success strategies, yet each year I learn something new from this engaging man. In the parlance of today, Will Keim talks the talk and walks the walk. He will be helping us get ready for each new school year as long as he is able to show up. Dr. Ronald G. Eaglin,
President,

Having attended the NACA New England Regional Conference for fourteen consecutive years, I had heard many keynote speeches. Will Keim's keynote address was the best one I have ever listened to at an NACA Conference. Will has a unique ability to convey a serious and important message to our students while using humor effectively throughout his speech. The banquet room was filled and therefore a large screen projection system had to be used in the overflow seating area. It was the first time I had ever seen the entire room give a standing ovation to a projection screen! Jim McLaughlin,

If there is but one prerequisite to entering college... to taking that first step out on your own... it must be The Education Of Character: Lessons For Beginners. The insight is powerful and thought-provoking. In a world that is becoming increasingly complex, where values and standards are often overlooked and neglected, it is encouraging to read a book that puts daily living back in perspective. Mark O. Hatfield,
United States Senator
In the SLFP class, you did talk a lot about christianity and a lot of stuff that goes along with it. But at no time did I ever get the feeling that you felt that you were superior to me because you were a christian. I'm not a christian, and coming from a pretty conservative town, I've taken a lot of flak for that. All I ask is for a little respect of MY views, and I really felt like I got that respect from you.
